EDGE Improv is an improvisational theatre troupe dedicated to the advancement of top-class theatrical productions utilizing the art of improvisation, and to the promotion and advancement of the art of improvisation itself.

The troupe was formed in 2001, and produced dozens of shows including “It Came From Somewhere Else”. “Gorilla Theatre”, “Gorilla Grrls”, “Impro Challenge” and many others.

They have performed for a huge number of festivals, including the Queensland Writers Festival, Brisbane Medieval Fayre,  Brisbane Festival Theatre Fringe, BrizImproFest, and the Twisted Melon Impro Festival.

They have performed in a variety of venues around Brisbane, as well as the Sunshine Coast, Central New South Wales and Sydney.

The troupe also runs regular workshops teaching improvisation, and uses some of the best talent in Brisbane for both its live shows and for teaching workshops.
