OUR Shows
Over the following years, we have staged over a dozen productions at a variety of venues. EDGE has two purposes in life... to provide quality training for improvisation, and to put on first class shows.
Well, hopefully we’ve succeeded at the second one... here’s some info on what we do!
CURRENT SHOWS:
THE HArold
On the 3rd Saturday of each month, the EDGE Improv Harold club meets in the Metro Arts basement for a performance of the Harold. The show is a mix of longform and shortform improvisation, and is different every time. Check the home page for details of the most recent shows.
EDGE PRESENTS:
Every Wednesday sees EDGE present a show at Kitty Oshea’s, 25 Caxton Street, Petrie Terrace. Each week is a new show, which you can see any Wednesday night from 7:30pm!
A variety of troupes provide the shows for the Wednesday nights
1st Wednesday of the month is Freestyle Comedy Factory
2nd Wednesday of the month is Sherbet Underground
3rd Wednesday of the month is Comedy Fight Club
4th Wednesday of the month is Extreme Team Comedy
5th Wednesday of the month, ALL BETS ARE OFF!!

The Frog & Peach Improv Radio!
Every Friday afternoon, from around 5:00 until they turf us out of the studio, members of the EDGE Troupe get on the airwaves to show off their improv wares.
You can pick them up on 4ZZZ - 102.1 FM on the Frog & Peach show.
Each week a different pair take the hot seat to see if they can crack up Alex, Prue, Alby and whoever else happens to be around. Tune in and check it out...

Gorilla Theatre
The First Saturday every month, we will be presenting Gorilla Theatre at the new venue of The Crown Hotel, Lutwyche Road, Lutwytche.
The show pits 5 improvisors against each other to see who can win the love of an ape!
